About Us

The Department of Information Technology at Cluster University of Srinagar offers comprehensive academic programmes at the Undergraduate (UG), Postgraduate (PG), and Ph.D. levels. In accordance with NEP 2020, the UG programme is offered as a 3-year degree and a 4-year degree, with pathways leading to a Bachelor’s Degree with or without Research/Honours. At the postgraduate level, the Department offers both 1-year and 2-year PG programmes, providing flexible academic pathways aligned with students’ educational and research aspirations. The Department is supported by highly qualified faculty with diverse expertise and significant international academic and research exposure. With a strong emphasis on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, IoT, and emerging technologies, the Department promotes quality teaching, research, innovation, experiential learning, and industry collaboration.
