Cluster University of Srinagar is committed to fostering academic excellence, transparency in governance, and holistic development of its students. Guided by the Vision & Mission, the University strives to uphold the highest standards of teaching, research, and innovation. We are entering a significant phase in our institutional journey, with preparations underway for the first Convocation of the University, a historic milestone that will celebrate the achievements of our graduates and reaffirm our dedication to nurturing talent for the service of society. The University continues to strengthen its academic programmes, enhance infrastructure, and promote inclusivity in line with the Cluster Universities Act, 2016 and UGC guidelines. Our collective efforts are directed towards building a vibrant academic environment that empowers students to become responsible citizens and leaders of tomorrow. The University has implemented National Education Policy (NEP-2020) w.e.f. 2022 and the syllabi of all the programmes and courses have been updated in light of NEP guidelines and new demand driven Post Graduate programmes like Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Data Science & Machine Leaning have been introduced w.e.f. 2025 and Design Your Degree (DYD) programme has been introduced at Undergraduate Level. Moreover, PhD Programme has been started in 2026 and 42 faculty members of the university and constituent colleges have been recognised as supervisors. I invite all members of the University community to actively participate in this transformative journey and contribute to the growth and reputation of Cluster University of Srinagar.
